<br /> 38 <br /> RESOLlTTION 1990- 52 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT TO BYRN <br /> AND ASSOCIATES FOR COMPLETION OF A CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> AGREEMENT IN CONNECTION WITH THE EAST BUGG LANE PAVING <br /> AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS, AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT <br /> IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,156.00, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, engaged the services of <br /> Byrn and Associates for consulting services in connection with the <br /> East Bugg Lane Paving and Drainage Improvements; and, <br /> WHEREAS, those services were provided pursuant to a contract <br /> between the City of San Marcos, and the Consultant entered into on <br /> November, 11, 1986; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That full and final payment in the amount of $2,156.00 to <br /> Byrn and Associates for consulting services rendered in connection <br /> with the East Bugg Lane Paving and Drainage Improvements is hereby <br /> authorized. <br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> from and after its passage. <br /> ADOPTED this 14th day of M~ V\tt..
