<br /> 76 <br /> RF.~OLUTIOH 1990- 64 R <br /> ---- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE <br /> AMENDMENT NUMBER ONE TO THAT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br /> PROGRAM CONTRACT BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS AND <br /> COMPOSITE TECHNOLOGY ENGINE COMPONENTS AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos (City) and Composite Technology <br /> Engine Components (CTEC) entered into an Economic Development <br /> Program contract on November 1, 1989: and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City and CTEC desire to amend the contract to <br /> incorporate certain additional terms and conditions at the request of <br /> the Texas Department of Commerce: now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART L That Amendment Number One to the Economic Development <br /> Program contract between the City of San r-1arcos and Composite <br /> Technology Engine Components attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> is approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, Larry D. Gilley, is hereby <br /> authorized to execute the amendment on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
