<br /> 20 <br /> RE~OLUTIOI'J 1990- 75 R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, AUTHORIZING CERTAIN CITY OFFICIALS TO <br /> SIGN CERTAIN BANK SERVICES DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE <br /> CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City uses the banking services of Victoria Bank & <br /> Trust Company (Formerly Hays County National Bank) and NCNB Texas <br /> National Bank (Formerly University Savings Association); and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously authorized certain <br /> persons to sign City checks, warrants, deposits, transfers and <br /> withdrawal documents involving the City's accounts at these two banks; <br /> and, <br /> WHEREAS, due to personnel changes within the City, the need exists <br /> for changes in the persons authorized to sign these documents on behalf <br /> of the City. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the following City officials are hereby authorized <br /> to sign checks, warrants, deposits, transfers and withdrawal documents <br /> involving the City's accounts at Victoria Bank & Trust Company and <br /> NCNB Texas National Bank on behalf of the City: <br /> 1. Larry Gilley, City Manager <br /> 2. William White, Finance Director <br /> 2. C. W. Moore, Budget Officer <br /> 3. Eva Vangi-Stern, Accounting Manager <br /> PART 2. That all resolutions heretofore adopted by the City <br /> Council pertaining to the City's accounts at these banks (or their <br /> predecessors) are continued in full force and effect, except as <br /> modified in Part 1 above. <br /> PART 3.
