<br /> 18 <br /> ORDINANCE 1989-45 <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 29 - TRAFFIC, <br /> ARTICLE VI, SECTION 29-150 OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF <br /> ORDINANCES BY THE ADDITION OF A NO PARKING - TOW AWAY <br /> ZONE ON THE EAST SIDE OF GIRARD STREET BETWEEN CLYDE <br /> AND EARLE STREETS, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> Section 1: That Section 29-150 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following in proper <br /> alphabetical order: <br /> Girard Street north side from the centerline of Clyde <br /> Street to a point 215 feet east of the centerline of <br /> Clyde Street; AND on the north side from a point 125 <br /> feet west of the centerline of Earle Street to a point <br /> 50 feet east of the centerline of Earle Street. <br /> Section 2: That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) <br /> days from and after its passage, and it shall be published in a <br /> newspaper of general circulation in the area as required by the <br /> Charter of the City of San Marcos, Texas. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on first reading August 28, 1989. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED on second reading September 11, 1989. <br /> PASSED AND APPROVED AND ADOPTED September 25, 1989. <br /> ~k11~~ <br /> Mayor <br /> Attest: <br /> ~~¿:J/~ <br /> Janis K.
