FOR A NO-PARKING TOVI-AWAY ZONE ON <br /> THE SOUTH SIDE OF VISTA STREET AND <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> Section 1: That Section 29-81 of the San Marcos Code of <br /> Ordinances is amended by the addition of the following in <br /> proper alphabetical order: <br /> Vista Street from Comanche Street to North Street - <br /> West. <br /> Section 2: That Section 29-111 of the San Marcos Code <br /> of Ordinances is amended to change the time restriction for <br /> no parking on Vista Street, south side, between North Street <br /> and Comanche street from 8:ØØ A.M. until 5:ØØ P.M. to 7:ØØ <br /> A.M. until 5:ØØ P.M. <br /> Section 3: That Section 29-15Ø of the San ~1arcos Code <br /> of Ordinances is amended to change the time restriction for a <br /> tow-away zone on Vista Street, south side, between North <br /> Street and Comanche Street from 8: øø A.M. until 5:ØØ P.M. to <br /> 7:ØØ A.M. until 5:ØØ P.M. <br /> Section 4: That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten <br /> (lØ) days from and after i,ts passage, and it shall be <br /> published in a newspaper of general circulation in the area <br /> as required by the Charter of the City of San Marcos.
