Hankins <br /> Acting Finance Director Wayne Moore <br /> City Planner Joe Garza <br /> Police Chief Myron Galchutt <br />Also Present: Olga Garza, Gregg Echols, Joe Cox, Bill Coddington, <br />Jeff Kester, Mark Hendricks, Truman Finley, Rodney Cobb, Jane Wilson, <br />Mr. and Mrs. Buie, Kim Dallefeld, Gary Anderson, Jack Lindstrom, Joe <br />Dobie, Mo Johnson, Terry Colley, Anita Reyes and others. <br />Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Regular Meeting held February 27, 1984. Mr. Brown moved for <br />approval and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimous- <br />ly. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of the minutes <br />of the Special Meeting held March 5, 1984. Mr. Farr moved for ap- <br />proval and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration adoption of an Ordinance <br />on emergency, the caption which was read as follows: <br /> ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF $300,000 CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, COMBINATION TAX AND REVENUE <br /> CERTIFICATES OF OBLIGATION, SERIES 1984. <br />The Council had adopted this Ordinance on December 19, 1984, but an <br />amendment was needed in Section 1 on the first page of the Ordinance. <br />Mr. Guerra moved for adoption of the Ordinance (as amended) and Ms. <br />Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Kreczmer then moved to amend Section <br />1 to read as follows: " for the purpose of paying contractual <br /> . . . <br />obligations to be incurred for the purchase of equipment and police <br />vehicles and the payment of professional services, including financial <br />advisory and legal services;" instead of " . . . for the purpose of <br />paying contractual obligations to be incurred for the purchase and <br />equipment of police vehicles and the payment of professional services, <br />including financial advisory and legal services". Mr. Farr seconded <br />the motion, which passed unanimously. The Council then adopted the <br />Ordinance, as amended, unanimously. <br />Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance <br />on first reading, the caption which was read as follows: <br />* Jaime Moore was not present at this meeting. <br />
