<br /> <br /> <br />BE <br /> <br />144 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE 1988-25 <br /> <br />~N OPDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS TEXAS, AMENDING APPENDIX A, GENERAL ZONING <br />ORDINANCE OF THE SAN MARCOS CODE OF ORDINANCES BY <br />ADDING A DEFINITION OF COMMON FACILITIES AND BY ADDING <br />COMMON FACILITIES AS A SPECIFIC USE IN ELEVEN ZONING <br />DISTRICTS AND ESTABISHING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> <br />IT <br /> <br />ORDAINED <br /> <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> <br />PART 1. That Section 4(23) of the General Zoning Ordinance of the <br />San Marcos Code of Ordinances is repealed and the following adopted in <br />its place: <br /> <br />Section 4. <br /> <br />De fin it ions. <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />(23) Common facilities: Open Space as defined in this <br />section, or other areas, structures and buildings which are <br />available for use by two or more owners or tenants of a <br />development or subdivision. <br /> <br />PART 2. That Section 9B of the General <br />amended by the addition of the following: <br /> <br />Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance is <br /> <br />Section 9: <br /> <br />RR Rural Residential District <br /> <br />. . . <br /> <br />B. <br /> <br />Specific uses, in accordance with Section 35. <br /> <br />3. <br /> <br />Common facilities as the principal use of one or <br />platted lots in a subdivision. <br /> <br />more <br /> <br />PART 3.
