109 MINUTES OF THE SPECIAL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, MAY 21, 1984 PRESENT: Mayor Emmie Craddock Council Members Karl W. Brown Bill Coddington Gerald G. Farr Fred Guerra Betty Jane Kissler Jaime Moore City Manager A. C. Gonzalez City Secretary Janis K. Womack City Attorney Lamar W. hankins Director of Public Works George Boeker Fire Chief Oscar Carpenter Also Present: Jack Lindstrom, Gregg Echols, Jake Krauskopf, Jim Byrn, Patsy Greiner, Alan Geistman, Olga Garza, David Valle, Jeff Kester, Terry Lighthouse, Jane Wilson and others. Mayor Craddock called the meeting to order at 8:05 p.m. Mayor Craddock introduced for consideration approval of five Ordinances on second reading and adoption of two Ordinances on third and final reading, respectively, by consensus of Council. No exceptions were desired by a Council Member or citizen. Mr. Coddington moved to approve the first five Ordinances on second reading and moved to adopt the last two Ordinanceson third and final reading and Mr. Farr seconded the motion, which passed unanimously. The captions of these Ordinances read as follows, respectively: Ordinances approved on second reading: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF LOT ELEVE1'J (11) IN THE SOUTH END ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF LOTS NINE (9) AND TEN (10) IN BLOCK TWENTY-SIX ( 26), VICTORY GAR- DENS, SECTION TWO (2), A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECT- IVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF LOT FOURTEEN (14) IN THE WEATHERFORD SUBDIVISION NO. 2, A SUBDIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO BILL BOYD; AUTHOR- IZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO BILL BOYD AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PRICE AND CONDITIONS OF THE SALE BY THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, OF .06 ACRES OF LAND OUT OF BLOCK TWO (2), HOME FARM BLOCKS, A SUB- DIVISION LOCATED IN SAID CITY, TO RAFAEL GONZALES; AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A WARRANTY DEED TO RAFAEL GONZALES AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
