That the zoning of an approximate 15.00 acre portion <br />of a larger tract of real property consisting of 19.7 acres located in <br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, said 19.7 acre tract being more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds hereinbelow and <br />said 15.00 acre portion of said tract being shown on Exhibit A which is <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, which is <br />presently zoned "Ll" (Light Industrial District) henceforth shall be <br />zoned "!\1F-4" (Multi-family District); and that the zoning of an <br />approximate 4.70 acre portion of said larger 19.7 acre tract more <br />particularly described by metes and bounds hereinbelow and said 4.70 <br />acre portion of said tract being shown on said Exhibit A, which is <br />presently zoned "C" (Commercial District) henceforth shall be zoned <br />"MF-4" (Multi-family District): <br /> 19.70 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, PREPARED FROM PUBLIC <br /> RECORD INFDRMATION FDR ZONING PURPOSES ONLY BEING SITUATED <br /> IN 'IRE J.
