51 ORDINANCE 1986-2 AN ORDINANCE OF 'IRE CITY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN t.1ARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE ~VHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS 'IRE IDeATION AND USE OF EUIIDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13,1984 (VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF AN APPROXIMATE 15.00 ACRE RJRTION OF A LARGER TRACT CONSISTING OF 19.7 ACRES OF LAND AREA IN 'IRE J.M. VEEW<iENDI LEÞL;UE NO. 2, SAID LARGER TRACT BEING A roRTION OF A 20.40 ACRE TRACT CONVEYED BY DEED DATED FEBRUARY 14, 1983 10 STIJDER/MORION COMPANIES RECORDED IN VOLUME 388, PAGE 614 OF 'IRE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS, FROLVl" LI" (LIGHT INDUS'IRIAL DIS'IRICT) TO "MF-4" (MULTI-FAMILY DISTRICT) AND CHANGING WE ZONING OF AN APPROXIlVJATE 4.70 ACRE roRTION OF SAID LARGER TRACT FROM "c" (COMMERCIAL DIS'IRICT) 10 "MF-4" (MULTI-FAMILY DIS'IRICT) , SAID TRACTS BEII\"G LOCATED EAST OF IH-35 NOR'IR AND NOR'IR OF AQUARENA SPRINGS DRIVE IN SAID CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IRE CITY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CITY OF SAN r>'lARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the zoning of an approximate 15.00 acre portion of a larger tract of real property consisting of 19.7 acres located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, said 19.7 acre tract being more particularly described by metes and bounds hereinbelow and said 15.00 acre portion of said tract being shown on Exhibit A which is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, which is presently zoned "Ll" (Light Industrial District) henceforth shall be zoned "!\1F-4" (Multi-family District); and that the zoning of an approximate 4.70 acre portion of said larger 19.7 acre tract more particularly described by metes and bounds hereinbelow and said 4.70 acre portion of said tract being shown on said Exhibit A, which is presently zoned "C" (Commercial District) henceforth shall be zoned "MF-4" (Multi-family District): 19.70 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, PREPARED FROM PUBLIC RECORD INFDRMATION FDR ZONING PURPOSES ONLY BEING SITUATED IN 'IRE J.
