<br /> ~1ARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE PLAN (MAP)
<br /> OF WE ~1ASTER PLAN OF SAID CI'IY, FOR ALL OF BLOCK 1, C. L.
<br /> MCGEHEE ADDITION, A SUBDIVISION IN WE CI'IY OF SAN
<br /> ~1ARCOS, TEXAS, AS SHCWN ON WE MAP OR PLAT THEREDF
<br /> RECORDED IN VOLUME H, PAGE 573 OF WE DEED RECORDS OF
<br /> HAYS COUN'IY, TEXAS, AND BEING THAT PROPER'IY \\JHICH IS
<br /> :rouNDED BY HU'ICHISJN, SCOTT, BLANCO AND HOPKINS STREETS,
<br /> FROM LOW DENSI'IY RESIDENTIAL 10 MEDIUM DENSITI
<br /> RESIDENTIAL; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
<br /> \VHEREAS, on November 19, 1985, the Joint Planninq and
<br /> Zoning Cormnissions of the City of San Marcos held a public hearing
<br /> regarding a request to amend the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the
<br /> Master Plan from Low Density Residential to Medium Density
<br /> Residential for all of Block 1, C.L. McGehee Addition, a subdivision in
<br /> said City; and,
<br /> \'lliERF,AS, subsequent to said public hearing on said date, said
<br /> Corrmissions did, on November 19, 1985, consider said request and
<br /> the Planning Commission voted to approve the same and has recommended
<br /> that such request be approved by the City Council of said City, and
<br /> the Zoning Commission voted to deny the request and has recommended
<br /> tl1at such request be denied by the City Council of said Ci ty ; and,
<br /> ~JHERFÀS, said City Council held a public hearing on the 27 dav
<br /> -,
<br /> of January ,1986, regarding such request; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, all requirements of the ~1aste r Plan pertaininq to
<br /> amendments have been met; and,
<br /> ~VHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that the
<br /> adoption of the following resolution is in the interest of the public
<br /> health, morals, y.lelfare and safety; now, therefore,
<br /> BE IT RESJLVED BY WE CITY COUNCIL OF WE CITI OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> PART 1. That the following described tract of real oroperty
<br /> located in San ~1arcos, Hays County, Texas, which is in an area shm.m
<br /> on the Future Land Use Plan (Map) of the Master Plan of the City of San
<br /> ~1arcos as Low Density Residential shall be shown on said map as
<br /> Medium Density Residential:
<br /> ALL OF BLOCK 1, C.L. HCGEHEE ADDITION, A SUBDIVI SIaN
<br /> IN WE CITY OF SAN ~1ARCOS, 'TEXAS, AS SHOWN ON WE ~1AP OR
<br /> PLAT WEREDF RECORDED IN \ìOIlJME H, PAGE 573 OF THE DElli
<br /> RECORDS OF HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS.
<br /> PART 2. That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect
<br /> from and after its passage.
