<br /> 18 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-l2R <br /> A RESJLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCI L OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A <br /> PROroSED CONTRACT WITH I.WFW, INC. GROUP, FDR THE <br /> PROVISION 10 SAID CITY OF PROFESSIONAL ASSISTANCE IN <br /> REVIEWING THE EXISTING MANAGEMENT INFDRMATION SYSTEM FDR <br /> SAID CITY; AUTHORI ZING THE CITY MANAGER 10 EXOCUTE <br /> SAID CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY AND DOCLARING <br /> AN EFFOCTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San ~4arcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a contract with I.WFW, Inc. Group for the <br /> provision to said City of professional assistance in reviewing the <br /> existing management information system for said City; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESJLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed contract <br /> between said Ci ty and LWFW, Inc. Group for the provision to said City <br /> of professional assistance in reviewing the existing management <br /> information system for said City, a copy of which is attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the City Manager, A.C. Gonzalez, be and he is <br /> hereby, authorized to execute said contract on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
