CITY OF SAN <br /> HARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING 'IRE TERMS AND COl\lDITIONS OF A <br /> PROFOSED LEASE \VITH 'THE DEPARTMENT OF FUBLIC SAFElY <br /> FDR THE CONDUCT BY THE DEPARTIvlENT OF FUBLIC SAFETY OF AN <br /> ADVANCED DRIVER EDUCATION COURSE UFON A FORTION OF THE SAN <br /> MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRFORT; AU1HORIZING 1HE MAYOR 10 <br /> EXæUTE SAID LEASE ON BEHALF OF SAID CITY; AND <br /> DæLARING AN EFFæTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of S:m Marcos, Texas, <br /> desires to enter into a lease with the Depart:rænt of Public <br /> Safety, for the conduct by the IEpartrœnt of Public Safety of <br /> an Þdvanced Driver Etlucation Course upon a portion of the San <br /> Marcos ~1unicipal Airport; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESJLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of a proposed lease <br /> between said City and the Department of Public Safety for the <br /> conduct by the I:epartment of Public Safety of an Mvanced Driver <br /> Etlucation Course upon a portion of the San Marcos r-.1unicipal Airport, <br /> a copy of said lease being attached hereto and incorporated herein <br /> for all purposes, are hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor be, and she is hereby, authorized to <br /> execute said lease on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
