<br /> 81 <br /> RESOLUTION 1986-25R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS AND <br /> CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED AGREEMENT WITH JOANN <br /> CHILDRESS IN CONNECTION WITH SAID CITY'S <br /> ACQUISITION OF CERTAIN EASEMENT INTERESTS IN <br /> REAL PROPERTY OWNED BY HER; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT; AND, <br /> DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed <br />Agreement between said City and JoAnn Childress, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto and incorporated herein for all purposes, in <br />connection with said City's acquisition of certain easement <br />interests in real property owned by the said JoAnn Childress, are <br />hereby approved. <br />PART 2. That the City Manager, A.C. Gonzalez, be, and he is <br />hereby, authorized to execute said Agreement on behalf of said <br />City. <br />PART 3.
