Mr. Coddington moved for approv- <br />al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed <br />unanimously (~1r. Farr not present to vote on this item). <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Regular Meeting held May 12,1986. Ms. Kissler moved for approval <br />and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimouslY(Mr. Farr <br />not present to vote on this item). <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of <br />the Special Meeting held May 13, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approv- <br />al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Coddington <br />asked the minutes to be corrected to reflect Mr. Guerra was not present <br />at the meeting. On roll call the following vote was recorded: <br /> <br />AYE: Brown, Coddington, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. <br /> <br />NAY: None. <br /> <br />ABSTAIN: Farr, Guerra. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of two appointments <br />to the LCRA Purchase Advisory Board. Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Vic <br />Isaak (Mr. Coddington's nomination) and Jerry Gonzales (Mr. Brown's <br />nomination) and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed unani- <br />mously. Mr. Guerra is to submit one more nomination for appointment <br />to the Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on <br />first reading, the caption which was read by Mayor Younger as follows: <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />lßRCOS, TEXAS A!-1ENDING ORDINANCE 1985-89 ADOPTED SEPTEM- <br />BER 10, 1985 ~lliICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF <br />THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF <br />THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL <br />YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1985 AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER <br />30, 1986, AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS <br />AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE, TO REVISE SAID ESTIMATES <br />AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID FUNDS, ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS <br />AND ESTIMATES, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE nA~R- <br />
