Mayor Younger called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration a~proval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May 12, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approv- al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion, which passed unanimously (~1r. Farr not present to vote on this item). Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Regular Meeting held May 12,1986. Ms. Kissler moved for approval and Mr. Coddington seconded the motion, which passed unanimouslY(Mr. Farr not present to vote on this item). Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of the minutes of the Special Meeting held May 13, 1986. Mr. Coddington moved for approv- al of the minutes and Ms. Kissler seconded the motion. Mr. Coddington asked the minutes to be corrected to reflect Mr. Guerra was not present at the meeting. On roll call the following vote was recorded: AYE: Brown, Coddington, Younger, Kissler, Nicola. NAY: None. ABSTAIN: Farr, Guerra. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of two appointments to the LCRA Purchase Advisory Board. Mr. Guerra moved to appoint Vic Isaak (Mr. Coddington's nomination) and Jerry Gonzales (Mr. Brown's nomination) and Mayor Younger seconded the motion, which passed unani- mously. Mr. Guerra is to submit one more nomination for appointment to the Board. Mayor Younger introduced for consideration approval of an Ordinance on first reading, the caption which was read by Mayor Younger as follows: AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN lßRCOS, TEXAS A!-1ENDING ORDINANCE 1985-89 ADOPTED SEPTEM- BER 10, 1985 ~lliICH SET FORTH AN ITEMIZED ESTIMATE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING OCTOBER 1, 1985 AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1986, AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTIMATE, TO REVISE SAID ESTIMATES AND TO REAPPROPRIATE SAID FUNDS, ADOPTING SAID REVISIONS AND ESTIMATES, AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE nA~R-
