<br />BE IT ORDAINED BY '!HE CI'IY COUNCIL OF '!HE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:

<br />SECTION 1. That the following tract of real property located in
<br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PD" (Pre-Develop-
<br />ment District) upon its annexation to the City of San Marcos on
<br />November 24, 1980, henceforth shall be zoned as "c" (Conmercial
<br />District) .

<br />VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO.2 IN SAN MARCOS, HAYS COUN'IY, TEXAS
<br />BEING A IDRTION OF '!HAT 45.1 ACRE TRACT OF LAND DEOCRIBED
<br />IN A DEED FROM '!HID OCHAWE, ET OX, 'ill LEWIS DOBIE, ET OX,
<br />DATED DECEMBER 15, 1953 AND RECORDED IN VOWME 158, PAGE
<br />80 OF '!HE HAYS COUN'IY DEED RECORDS AND BEING MORE
<br />PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED BY METES AND roUNDS AS FOLLOWS:

<br />COMMENCING at the west corner of the aforereferenced
<br />Dobie tract in the southeast line of that 7.12 acre tract
<br />of land described in a deed from H.B. Millican, et ux, to
<br />Robert F. Gaertner, et ux, dated June 1, 1973 and
<br />recorded in Volume 259, Page 237 of the Hays County Deed
<br />Records for the north corner of that 20.40 acre tract of
<br />land described in a deed from Great Southwestern Medical
<br />Centers, Inc. to Studer/Morton Companies dated February
<br />14, 1983 and recorded in Volume 388, Page 614 of the Hays
<br />County Deed Records for the west corner of this tract;

<br />'!HENCE leaving the PLACE OF COMMENCEMENT and the
<br />Studer/Morton tract with the common line of the Dobie
<br />tract and the Gaertner tract N44°20'30"E a record
<br />distance of 206.11 feet to the east corner of the
<br />Gaertner tract and the south corner of that tract of land
<br />described in a deed to C.H. Millican and recorded in
<br />Volume 142, Page 104 of the Hays County Deed Records¡

<br />'!HENCE leaving the Gaertner tract with the common line of
<br />the Dobie tract and the Millican tract N 44 °20 '30"E
<br />280.99 feet to the west corner of that 0.50 acre tract of
<br />land described in a deed to Eunice Mae watson and
<br />recorded in Volume 171, Page 434 of the Hays County Deed
<br />Records;

<br />THENCE leaving the Millican tract and entering the Dobie
<br />tract with the southwest line of the watson tract
<br />S75°061E 121.56 feet to the south corner of the Watson
<br />tract and the west corner of that 0.5 acre tract of land
<br />described in a deed to lßwis Dobie, Jr. and recorded in
<br />Volume 174, Page 433 of the Hays County Deed Records¡
