GARY ET OX 'IO HUMBLE OIL AND <br />REFINING COMPANY BY DEED DATED JANUARY 4, 1929 AS RECORDED <br />IN IDLUME 97, PAGE 454 OF THE HAYS COUNTY DEED RECORDS AND <br />BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DEOCRIBED BE METES AND roUNDS AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />COMMENCIN3. at an iron pipe found near a fence corner post <br />for the west corner of the Humble 0.82 acre tract being in <br />the southeast right-of-way of Post Road and the north <br />corner of that 36.99 acre tract conveyed from Blue Ebnnet <br />Blanket Mill, Inc. to Ebllman Ind. of Texas by deed dated <br />June 30, 1947 as recorded in Volume 139, Page 82 of the <br />Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the Ebllman Industries tract with the <br />northwest line of the Humble 0.82 acre tract same being <br />the southeast line of Post Road N46°00'12"E 149.79 feet to <br />an iron rod set and PLACE OF BEGINNING; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNIl\G, as shown on that <br />plat prepared for Bill Crafton by Dabney-Byrn & Associates <br />of San Marcos, Texas dated April 19, 1984 and numbered <br />41521-84-a, and continuing with the cormnon line of the <br />Humble 0.82 acre tract and Post Road N46°00' 12"E 149.79 <br />feet to a 2~' galvanized steel post found near a fence <br />corner for the north corner of the Humble 0.82 acre tract <br />and this tract being the west corner of that 2.59 acre <br />tract conveyed fram Cone Mills Corporation to Clovis R. <br />Barker and J. Garland Warren by deed date July 21, 1980 <br />as recorded in Volume 345, Page 370 of the Hays County <br />Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE leaving Post Road with the corrrnon line of the Humble <br />0.82 acre tract and the Barker and Warren 2.59 acre tract <br />S44°58'36"E 116.92 feet to a copper rod found in concrete <br />from which the south corner of the Barker and Warren 2.59 <br />acre tract bears S44°58'36"E 3.04 feet pass at 116.0 feet a <br />chain link fence and from said corner the centerline of the <br />existing tract bears S44°54'52T1E approximately 48.2 feet <br />and the record line of the Railroad right-of-way according <br />to a deed fram Henry W.
