110 ORDINANCE 1985-15 CO C"j ~ AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI'IY COUNCIL OF 'IRE CI'IY OF SAN 0 MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE IDeATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, S'IRUC'IURES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984, (VOL. 66) BY CHANGING THE ZONING OF 0.79 OF AN ACRE OF LAND SI'IUATED IN FARM IDT 15 OF lliE ORIGINAL 'IDWN OF SAN MARCOS, RECORDED IN VOUJME 46, PAGE 448 OF 'IRE HAYS COUN'IY DEED RECORDS, IDCATED AT THE CORNER OF W. SAN AN1ONIO STREET AND ENDICOTT S'IREET, FROM IMF-4" (MULTI-FAMILY DIS'IRICT) 10 lilli-I" (1OWNHOUSE DIS'IRICT). BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: SECTION 1. That the following described tract of real property located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned IMF-4" (Multi-family District) henceforth shall be rezoned "TH-l" (Tbwnhouse District). 0.79 of an acre of land situtated in Farm IDt 15 of the Original Tbwn of San Marcos, volurœ 46, page 448, deed records, Hays County, Texas, and described by rœtes and bounds as follows: BEGINNING at an iron pin found marking the south corner of this tract situated at the point of intersection of the northwest right-of-way of San Antonio Street with the northeast right-of-way of Endicott Street; THENCE with the northeast right-of-way of Endicott Street, N 45° 38' W 202.79 feet to an iron pin found marking the west corner of this tract; lliENCE N 45° 12' 14" E 171.0 feet to an iron pin found marking the north corner of this tract; THENCE S 46° 04' 03" E 93.8 feet to an iron pin found and S 45 ° 34' E 109.87 feet to an iron pin found marking the east corner of this tract situated in the northwest right-of-way of San Antonio Street; THENCE with the northwest right-of-way of San Antonio Street, S 45° 30' W 171.60 feet to the PLACE OF BEGINNING and containing 0.79 of an acre of land surveyed by Raymond Dietert, R.P.S. l868 in November, 1984, located at the corner of W. San Antonio Street and Endicott Street. SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect ten (10) days from and after its passage and after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation in the area.
