<br />112 <br />ORDINANCE 1985-17 <br /> <br />00 <br />N AN ORDINANCE OF lliE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CI'IY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF '!HAT ORDINANCE <br />WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE lOCATION AND USE OF <br />BUILDINGS, STRUCWRES AND LAND, DATED JUNE 13, 1984 <br />(VOL. 66) BY ZONING 2.00 ACRES OF LAND, MORE OR LESS, <br />IN THE J .M. VERAMENDI LEAGUE NO. ONE ( 1) IN HAYS <br />COUNTY, TEXAS, BEING A TRACT OUT OF THE WEST CORNER OF <br />lliE TRACT OF 78.77 ACRES OF LAND WHICH WAS DESCRIBED AS <br />"FIRST 'TRACT" IN THE DEED FROM WILLIAM A. WILLIAMS AND <br />WIFE, 10 ROBERT G. WILLIAMS AND WIFE, IDU K. <br />WILLIAMS, DATED JULY 19, 1952, RECORDED IN VOLUME l53, <br />PAGE 580, HAYS CDUN'IY DEED RECORDS, A/K/A 2215 HUNTER <br />ROAD FROM "PD" (PRE-DEVEIDPMENT DISTRICT) 10 "LI" <br />(LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DIS'IRICT); AND DOCLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br />DATE. <br /> <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following tract of real property located in <br />San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "PO" (Pre-Develop- <br />ment District) upon its annexation to the City of San Marcos, on <br />November 24,1980, henceforth shall be zoned as "LI" (Light Industrial <br />District. <br /> <br /> <br />Two acres of land, more or less, in the J .M. VERAMENDI <br />LEAGUE NO. ONE (1) in Hays County, Texas, being a tract <br />out of the W9st corner of the tract of 78.77 acres of land <br />which was described as "First Tract" in the deed from <br />William A. Williams and wife, to Robert G. Williams and <br />wife, Lou K. Williams, dated July 19, 1952, recorded in <br />Volume 153, page 580, Hays County Deed Records, and which <br />two acre tract may be more particularly described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />BffiINNIf\"G at the W9st corner of the said 78.77 acre tract <br />a point in the s:>utheast right of way line of the Old San <br />Antonio - Austin Post Road; <br /> <br />lliENCE, S. 45° 15' E. with the S:>uthwest line of the said <br />78.77 acre tract approximately 409.00 feet to an iron pin <br />for the most s:>utherly W9st corner of the tract of 70.21 <br />acres of land called Tract One, conveyed by Robert G. <br />Williams and wife to Theodore Breihan by deed dated <br />October 29, 1973, recorded in Volume 265, page 20l of the <br />Hays County Deed Records; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 25° 30' E. with the line of said 70.2l acre <br />tract 225.0 feet to an iron pin; an interior corner of <br />same; <br /> <br />THENCE, N. 45° 15' W. with the line of said 70.21 acre <br />tract 409 feet to an iron pin in the Southeast line of the <br />Old San Antonio - Austin Post Road set at the most <br />Northerly W9st corner of the said 70.2l acre tract; <br /> <br />THENCE, in a S:>uthwesterly direction with the S:>utheast <br />line of said road approximately 225.0 feet to the PLACE OF <br />BffiINNING. <br /> <br /> <br />Section 2.
