<br />District).

<br />the Hays County Deed Records, and being in the northwest
<br />line of Interstate Highway No. 35;
<br />THENCE leaving the PLACE OF BEGINNING wi th the common
<br />southeast line of all three Barnes tracts and northwest
<br />line of Interstate Highway No. 35 as shown on that plat No.
<br />21038-83-a dated February 8,1983 as prepared for Tribar by
<br />Dabney-Byrn and Associates, Inc. of San Marcos, Texas
<br />S45°02'00"W 3431.99 feet to a 1/2" iron rod found at a
<br />fence corner for the south corner of the Barnes 52.49 acre
<br />tract and the east corner of that 10 acre tract conveyed in
<br />a deed from Victor Tobias, et ux, to 'Iereso Tobias, et ux,
<br />dated May 11, 1965 and recorded in Volume 205, Page 471 of
<br />the Hays County Deed Records pass at 790.41 feet a fence
<br />corner post for the south corner of the Barnes 33.9l acre
