<br /> 148 <br /> RESOLUTION 1985-20R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING THE TERMS <br /> AND CONDITIONS OF A PROPOSED AGREEMENr BE'IWEEN MELISSA <br /> MILLECAM AND SAID CITY FOR THE PROVISION OF PUBLIC <br /> INFORMATICN SERVICES; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER <br /> TO EXECUIE SAID AGREEMENT; AND DECLARING AN EFFEC- <br /> TIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas desires <br /> to enter into an agreerænt with Melissa Millecam for her provision of <br /> public information services; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS I <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the terms and conditions of that proposed Agreement <br /> between said City and Melissa Millecam for her provision of public in- <br /> formation services, a copy of said Agreement being attached hereto and <br /> inoorporated herein for all purposes, are hereby in all things approved. <br /> PARr 2. That the City Manager be, and he is hereby, authorized <br /> to execute said Agreerœnt on behalf of said City. <br /> PARI' 3.
