<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY 'IRE CITY CX>UNCIL OF 1HE CITY OF SAN MARCOS,
<br />TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. '!hat the following described tract of real property
<br />located in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which is presently zoned IIMII
<br /> (Single, Duplex, and Neighborhood Businesses District) henceforth shall
<br />be rezoned IIDP-211 (DJplex District).
<br /> lots lA and IB, Block 3, D.S. Combs Addition, Being A
<br /> Ebrtion Of The Original Farm lot 13, San Marcos, Hays County,
<br /> Texas, as shown on the Plat of lots lA and IB, Block 3, D.S.
<br /> Combs Addition, being a portion of The Original Farm lot 13, San
<br /> Marcos Hays County, Texas, recorded in Volume 3, Page 238, Plat
<br /> Records of Hays County, Texas.
<br /> SECTION 2. '!hat the importance of this Ordinance creates an
<br /> emergency and an imperative public necessity so that the provisions of
<br /> the Charter requiring that ordinances shall be presented at three
<br /> separate meetings and that no ordinance shall become effective until
<br /> the expiration of ten (10) days following the date of its final passage
<br /> be suspended, and these provisions are hereby suspended, and this
<br /> Ordinance shall take effect and be in full force and effect from and
<br /> after its adoption and after its publication in a newspaper of general
<br /> circulation within the City.
<br /> PASSED, APIROVED AND ADOPTED this 11 day of March , 1985.
