Absence from <br />. meetings, and provide direction to Staff. <br />MOTION: Upon a motion made by Mayor Guerrero, and a second by Council Member Scott, <br />the City Council voted four (4) for, none (0) opposed, and three (3) absent from the dais, Council <br />Members Prewitt, Thomason, and Becak, to postpone item #3 until the March 4, 2014 regular <br />meeting. The motion carried. <br />4.
