<br /> REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEMENT NO. 11; MvIENDING
<br /> ORDINANCE 1981-70 WHICH DETERMINED APPROPRIATIONS
<br /> FOR REVENUE SHARING ENTITLEtffiNT NO. 13; AND
<br /> A.f\lENDING ORDINANCE 1982-41, WHICH SET FORTH AN
<br /> ITEMIZED ESTI~~TE OF THE EXPENSE OF CONDUCTING
<br /> EACH ADMINISTRATIVE UNIT OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERN-
<br /> MENT OF SAID CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING
<br /> OCTOBER 1, 1982, AND ENDING ON SEPTEMBER 30, 1983,
<br /> AND APPROPRIATED MONEY FOR THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND
<br /> PURPOSES OF SUCH ESTI.f\ßTE, ADOPTING SAID REVISED
<br /> APPROPRIATIONS AND ESTHßTES AND DECLARING AN
<br /> Er-ffiRGENCY.
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 13,
<br /> 1978, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1978-43 adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October 1, 1978, and ending on September 30, 1979;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 10; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council finds and determines that a public
<br /> necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the funds from
<br /> Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 10; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September
<br /> 10, 1979, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1979-38, adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October 1, 1979, and ending on September 30, 1980;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 11; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that
<br /> a public necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the
<br /> funds from Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 11; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, on September 8,
<br /> 1981, the City Council of the City of San Marcos, Texas, by
<br /> Ordinance 1981-70 adopted the budget for said City for the fiscal
<br /> year beginning October 1, 1981, and ending on September 30, 1982;
<br /> and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget determined appropriations for funds
<br /> received as Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said City Council hereby finds and determines that
<br /> a public necessity exists which requires reappropriation of the
<br /> funds from Revenue Sharing Entitlement No. 13; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, after notice and public hearing, the City Council
<br /> of the City of San Marcos, Texas, on September 7, 1982, by Ordinance
<br /> 1982-41, adopted the budget for the fiscal year beginning October
<br /> 1, 1982, and ending September 30, 1983; and,
<br /> WHEREAS, said budget set forth itemized estimates of the
<br /> expense of conducting the San Marcos municipal government for
<br /> said fiscal year and appropriated money for the various funds and
<br /> purposes of such estimate; and,
