<br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AMENDING SECTION 3 OF THAT
<br /> ORDINANCE WHICH REGULATES AND RESTRICTS THE LO-
<br /> CATION AND USE OF BUILDINGS, STRUCTURES AND LAND,
<br /> DATED SEPTEMBER 29, 1980 (VOL. 54) BY ZONING 0.23
<br /> OF AN ACRE OF LAND OUT OF THE J. M. VERAMENDI
<br /> LEAGUE NO. 1 IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS, A/K/A 2101
<br /> HUNTER ROAD, FROM "AO" (AGRICULTURAL-OPEN SPACE
<br /> DISTRICT) TO "LI" (LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT).
<br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS:
<br /> SECTION 1. That the following described parcel of ~eal property lo-
<br /> cated in San Marcos, Hays County, Texas, which was classified "AO"
<br /> (Agricultural-Open Space District) upon its annexation to the City
<br /> of San Marcos on November 24, 1980, henceforth shall be zoned as
<br /> follows:
<br /> 0.23 acres of land out of the J. M. Veramendi League No. 1, Hays
<br /> County, Texas, being that tract of land conveyed to John L. Campsall
<br /> by Charles E. Ellis by Deed dated June 5, 1980, and recorded in Vol-
<br /> ume 343, Page 356, Hays County Deed Records, same being a portion of
<br /> that tract of land described in Exhibit "A" in the said Campsall Deed,
<br /> and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows,
<br /> to-wit:
<br /> BEGINNING at a concrete monument found at the North corner of the said
<br /> Campsall Tract, for the North corner of the tract herein described,
<br /> same being at the intersection of the Southeast line of F. M. Highway
<br /> No. 2439 (Hunter Road) with the Southwest line of F. M. Highway No.
<br /> 3407 (Wonder World Drive);
<br /> 'l'HENCE, leaving the said F. M. Highway No. 2439, with the Southwest
<br /> line of the said F. M. Highway No. 3407, S. 45° 04' E., at about 128
<br /> feet passing a chain link fence and continuing on, in all, 132.31 feet
<br /> to an iron stake set under fence, at the East corner of the said Camp-
<br /> saIl Tract, same being a North corner of that 70.21 acre tract of land
<br /> described as Tract One, conveyed to George Alexander, et al, by San
<br /> Marcos Investments, Inc., by Deed dated October 15, 1981, and record-
<br /> ed in Volume 365, Page 824, Hays County Deed Records, for the East
<br /> corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said F. M. Highway No. 3407, with fence, a North-
<br /> west line of the said Alexander Tract One, S. 17° 36' W., 83.97 feet
<br /> to an iron stake set at a corner fence post at the South corner of the
<br /> said Campsall Tract, same being the East corner of the tract of land
<br /> conveyed to Nathon D. Linton by Elmer Tate by Deed dated July 6, 1956,
<br /> and recorded in Volume 168, Page 460, Hays County Deed Records, for
<br /> the South corner of the tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving the said Alexander Tract One, with fence, the Northeast
<br /> line of the said Linton Tract, N. 44° 48' W., 137.45 feet to an iron
<br /> stake set at the West corner of the said Campsall Tract, the North
<br /> corner of the said Linton Tract, same being on the Southeast line of
<br /> the aforementioned F. M. Highway No. 2439, for the West corner of the
<br /> tract herein described;
<br /> THENCE, leaving fence and the said Linton Tract, with the Southwest
<br /> line of the said F. M. Highway No. 2439, N. 20° 36' E., 81.13 feet
<br /> to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 0.23 acres of land, as surveyed
