<br /> 19 <br /> RESOLUTION 1983-10R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE <br /> EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY <br /> OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE FROM THE <br /> GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE DIVISION FOR A <br /> JUVENILE INVESTIGATOR PROJECT AND DECLARING <br /> AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos wishes to apply for <br /> assistance from the Governor's Criminal Justice Division <br /> for a Juvenile Investigator Project; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to participate in the <br /> funding of said Project in the amount of $425.80; now, <br /> therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager of <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the <br /> Governor'sCriminal Justice Division for assistance in <br /> establishing a Juvenile Investigator Project in said City¡ <br /> a copy of said application being attached hereto, is here- <br /> by approved. <br /> PART 2. That funding in the amount of $425.80 is <br /> hereby authorized if said application is approved. <br /> PART 3.
