<br /> 24 <br /> RESOLUTION 1983-15R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, RATIFYING THE <br /> EXECUTION BY THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID <br /> CITY OF AN APPLICATION FOR ASSISTANCE <br /> FROM THE GOVERNOR'S CRIMINAL JUSTICE <br /> DIVISION TO OBTAIN A RADIO COMMUNICATIONS <br /> CONSOLE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of San Marcos, Texas, wishes to <br /> apply for assistance from the Governor's Criminal Justice <br /> Division to obtain a radio communica~ions console; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City is willing to partic:ipate in the <br /> funding to obtain said radio communications console in <br /> the amount of $7,245.52; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the execution by the City Manager of <br /> the City of San Marcos, Texas, of an application to the <br /> Governor's Criminal Justice Division for assistance in <br /> obtaining a radio communications console for said City, a <br /> copy of said application being attached hereto, is hereby <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. That funding in the amount of $7,245.52 is <br /> hereby authorized if said application is approved. <br /> PART 3.
