<br /> 42 <br /> RESOLUTION 1983-20R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE TERMS <br /> AND CONDITIONS OF AN AGREEMENT OF LEASE <br /> BETWEEN THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, AND <br /> MILLER AND MILLER AUCTIONEERS, FOR A PORTION <br /> OF SAN MARCOS MUNICIPAL AIRPORT FOR THE PURPOSE <br /> OF CONDUCTING AN AUCTION OF HEAVY EQUIPMENT; <br /> AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR OF SAID CITY TO EXECUTE <br /> SAID AGREEMENT OF LEASE AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE <br /> DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, Miller and Miller Auctioneers, wishes to lease a <br /> portion of the San Marcos Municipal Airport from April 14, 1983, <br /> through May 13, 1983; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the San Marcos Airport Commission has approved the <br /> terms and conditions of the attached Agreement of Lease and <br /> recommends that it be approved by the City Council of San Marcos, <br /> Texas; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That the Agreement of Lease between the City of <br /> San Marcos, Texas, and Miller and Miller Auctioneers, for a <br /> portion of San Marcos Municipal Airport for the purpose of <br /> conducting an auction of heavy equipment, a copy of said <br /> Agreement being attached hereto and incorporated herein for all <br /> intents and purposes, be, and the same is hereby, approved in <br /> all respects. <br /> PART 2. That the Mayor of the City of San Marcos, Texas, <br /> Emmie Craddock, be, and she is hereby, authorized to execute <br /> said Agreement on behalf of said City. <br /> PART 3.
