<br /> 99 <br /> RESOLUTION 1983-25R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF SAN ~ßRCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING FINAL <br /> PAYMENT TO FREESE AND NICHOLS, INC. CON- <br /> SULTING ENGINEERS, FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> IN CONNECTION WITH PREPAP~TION OF A WATER <br /> DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM ANALYSIS FOR SAID CITY; <br /> AUTHORIZING FINAL PAYMENT TO FREESE AND <br /> NICHOLS, INC., IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,169.00 <br /> AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> WHEREAS, on September 8, 1980, Freese and Nichols, Inc., <br /> Consulting Engineers, and the City of San Marcos, Texas, en- <br /> tered into a Contract For Engineering Services for professional <br /> services in connection with preparation of a Water Distribution <br /> System Analysis; and, <br /> WHEREAS, said Water Distribution System Analysis has been <br /> satisfactorily completed pursuant to the terms and conditions <br /> of said Contract; now, therefore, <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. That final payment to Freese and Nichols, Inc. <br /> for professional services in connection with preparation of a <br /> Water Distribution System Analysis is hereby approved. <br /> PART 2. That final payment for said engineering services <br /> in the amount of $4,169.00 is hereby authorized. <br /> PART 3.
