<br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />ORDINANCE NO. 1980-22 <br /> <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS, APPOINTING A <br />BOARD OF EQUALIZATION; FIXING THE TIME <br />OF THE BOARD'S FIRST MEETING; AND DECLAR- <br />ING AN EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 10.04 of the City Charter of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas, calls for appointment by the City Council <br />of said City of a Board of Equalization each year prior to the <br />first day of June and for the fixing by ordinance of the time <br />of said Board's first meeting; now, therefore, <br /> <br />BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TE XAS : <br /> <br />SECTION 1. That the following residents of the City of <br />San Marcos, Texas, being qualified voters and real property <br />owners in said City, be and are hereby, appointed as the Board <br />of Equalization: <br /> <br />John I Kreczmer <br />Lou Cole <br />Glen Norris <br /> <br />Carolyn Shellman <br />Sammie Hardeman <br /> <br />SECTION 2. That the time of said Board's first meeting <br />be, and is hereby, scheduled for 2 o'clock p.m. on Monday, <br />June 2, 1980, after which meeting the Board may reconvene and <br />adjourn from time to time to conduct its appointed business. <br /> <br />SECTION 3.
