Phillips, Henry Freidman, Johnnie Armstead, Kim Bradley, Kelly <br />Kilber, Jack Doughty, Melissa Millecam, Paul Reed and others. <br /> Mr. Hart stated that Mayor Morris and Mayor Pro Tem Betty <br />Kissler were not present to conduct the meeting. Mr. Taylor <br />advised the Council that an interim chair needed to be elected in <br />their absence. Mr. Plummer moved that Ron Hart be elected as <br />interim chair of the City Council and Mr. Hernandez seconded the <br />motion which passed unanimously. <br /> Mr. Hart called the meeting to order at 7:35 p.m. <br /> Mr. Hart introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the Cemetery Commission. Mr. Moore nominated Ron <br />Jager and Mr. Plummer stated that in the Mayor's absence he would <br />like to nominate Mildred Leggitt and Mr. Guerra stated that the <br />Mayor and himself would like to nominate Ken Kohut, Helen Van Gundy <br />and Ofelia Vasquez-Philo. On roll call the following vote was <br />recorded. <br /> Moore: Jager, Leggitt, Kohut, Vasquez-Philo <br /> Hernandez: Kohut, Van Gundy, Vasquez-Philo, Leggitt <br /> Hart: Jager, Van Gundy, Vasquez-Philo, Leggitt <br /> Guerra: Kohut, Van Gundy, Vasquez-Philo, Leggitt <br /> Plummer: Kohut, Van Gundy, Vasquez-Philo, Leggitt <br />Ken Kohut, Helen Van Gundy, Ofelia Vasquez-Philo and Mildred <br />Leggitt were elected to serve on the Cemetery Commission. <br /> Mr. Hart introduced for consideration approval of five <br />appointments to the Commission for Women. Mr. Guerra stated that <br />he and Mayor Morris would like to nominate for reappointment <br />Bernice Gonzales and Roxanne McKimmey. Mr. Plummer stated that in <br />the Mayor's absence he would like to nominate Cathy Dillon, Francis <br />Breihan and Stephanie Griffin. On roll call the following vote was <br />recorded: <br /> Aye: Moore, Hernandez, Hart, Guerra, Plummer <br /> Nay: None <br />The motion passed unanimously. <br /> Mr. Hart introduced for consideration approval of three <br />appointments to the Ethics Review Commission. Mr. Plummer <br />nominated Rev. Frank Fuller and in the Mayor's absence nominated <br />
