BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITE' COUNCIL OF THE CITE' OF SAID I ARC ®S, TEXAS: SECTION L Pursuant to Section 82.066 of the San Marcos Code, a valet parking loading and unloading area is hereby established within two public parking spaces in front of 150 South LBJ Drive designated by the City Manager under the valet parking license granted to Austin Street Tavern, L.L.C. ( "Aquabrew ") by Resolution No. 2106 -22R. SECTION 2. The use of said valet parking loading and unloading area is limited to the hours between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 11:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday. SECTION 3. The City Traffic Engineer is hereby authorized to install signs reflecting such valet parking area for a period concurrent with the term of said license and the traffic register maintained under Section 82.067 of the City Code is amended to indicate the addition of such valet parking area and signs. SECTION 4. If any word, phrase, clause, sentence, or paragraph of this ordinance is held to be unconstitutional or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the other provisions of this ordinance will continue in force if they can be given effect without the invalid portion. SECTION 5. All ordinances and resolutions or parts of ordinances or resolutions in conflict with this ordinance are repealed. SECTION 6. This ordinance shall be effective upon its adoption on second reading.
