No one signed up <br />to speak. <br /> <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mr. <br />Cox moved to appoint Ken Moss and appoint W. W. McElroy and Mr. Hart <br />moved to reappoint Mike Joyce, which passed unanimously. The <br />remaining appointment will be rescheduled at the next meeting. Lots <br />will be drawn for the positions on the Board and the Alternate <br />positions when the Council has completed their appointments to this <br />Board. <br /> <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of appointments to <br />the Mayor's Blue Ribbon Committee for Tourism Development Program <br />(temporary), and direction for charge. Mayor Moore stated James <br />Kimmel has been working on a vision for tourism for several months <br />and recently presented the plan at the Fish Hatchery publicly. In <br />subsequent phases smaller groups will work on a twenty-year plan, <br />and one group will set objectives. Messrs. Mihalkanin and Kimmel <br />will head the group.
