RESOLUTION 2017-12R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH AECOM <br />TECHNICAL SERVICES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION OF A <br />PROFESSIONAL CDBG-DR INFRASTRUCTURE FEASIBILITY STUDY <br />IN THE NOT -TO -EXCEED AMOUNT OF $490,777.00 CONTINGENT <br />UPON THE CONSULTANT'S PROVISION OF SUFFICIENT INSURANCE <br />IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE ATTACHED AGREEMENT; <br />AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS DESIGNEE TO <br />EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND <br />DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The attached agreement (the "Agreement") between the City and AECOM <br />Technical Services, Inc, for the provision of a professional CDBG-DR Infrastructure Feasibility <br />Study in the not -to -exceed amount of $490,777.00 is approved contingent upon the Consultant's <br />provision of sufficient insurance in accordance with the Agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
