RESOLUTION 2017-09R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF RELAY PANELS <br />AND ASSOCIATED MATERIALS IN CONNECTION WITH THE <br />HILLTOP SUBSTATION PROJECT IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF <br />$163,518.74 THROUGH THE CITY'S MATERIAL ACQUISITION <br />SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE LOWER COLORADO RIVER <br />AUTHORITY; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE PURCHASING <br />DOCUMENTS ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The purchase of Relay Panels and associated materials in connection with the <br />Hilltop Substation Project in the total amount of $163,518.74 through the City's Material <br />Acquisition Services Agreement with the Lower Colorado River Authority ("LCRA") is <br />approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />purchasing documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
