No one <br />signed up to speak. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of one <br />appointment to complete a vacancy on the Human Services Advisory <br />Board. Mayor Moore moved to appoint Ramona Rodriguez, which <br />passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of four <br />appointments to the Senior Citizens Facilities Advisory Board. <br />Mayor Moore moved to reappoint Ralph Harrell, reappoint Alida <br />Archer and reappoint Betty Farlow and Mr. Cox moved to appoint <br />Erma Marbach, which passed unanimously. <br />Mayor Moore introduced for consideration approval of one <br />appointment to the Hays County Infrastructure Committee. Mayor <br />Moore moved to reappoint Jane Hughson. On roll call the <br />following vote was recorded: <br />AYE: Mihalkanin, Doiron, Moore, Moseley, Cox. <br />NAY: None. <br />ABSTAIN: Hughson. <br />Mayor Moore introduced a public hearing regarding an annexation, <br />the caption which was read as follows: <br />* Mr. Hernandez present at 7:21 p.m.
