RESOLUTION 2018-21R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE <br />CITY AND ALAN PLUMMER ASSOCIATES, INC. FOR THE <br />PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR THE <br />SUNSET ACRES DRAINAGE IN THE ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF <br />$187,000.00 CONTINGENT UPON THE ENGINEER'S PROVISION OF <br />SUFFICIENT INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE <br />AGREEMENT; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HIS <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The agreement between the City and Alan Plummer Associates, Inc. for the <br />provision of professional engineering services for the sunset acres drainage in the estimated <br />amount of $187,000.00 is approved contingent upon the Engineer's provision of sufficient <br />insurance in accordance with the attached agreement. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute the Agreement on <br />behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
