RESOLUTION 2019-13R <br /> v <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE AWARD OF AN ANNUAL <br /> CONTRACT TO TESTAMERICA LABORATORIES, INC. FOR <br /> ANALYTICAL TESTING FOR WATER AND WASTEWATER <br /> SERVICES (IFB 219-090) IN THE INITIAL ANNUAL CONTRACT <br /> AMOUNT OF $25,592.50; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO <br /> EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS RELATED TO THIS <br /> CONTRACT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART I. The Contract with TestAmerica Laboratories, Inc. for analytical testing for <br /> water and wastewater services (IFB 219-090) in the initial annual amount of $25,592.50 is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager or his designee is authorized to execute appropriate <br /> documents related to this Contract on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
