<br />Ordinance 2020-11 <br />Meeting Date: 03-17 2020 <br /> <br />Ordinance Failed <br /> <br />Receive a Staff presentation and hold a Public Hearing to receive comments for or <br />against Ordinance 2020-11, amending the Official Zoning Map of the City by <br />rezoning approximately 12.5 acres of land generally located North of the <br />intersection of Highway 123 and Monterey Oak Drive, from “FD” Future <br />Development District to “CD-3” Character District 3; and including procedural <br />provisions; and consider approval of Ordinance 2020-11, on the first of two <br />readings. <br /> <br /> <br />The motion to approved failed by the following vote: <br />For: 2 - Deputy Mayor Pro Tem Rockeymoore and Council Member Baker <br /> <br />Against: <br />Council Member Derrick, Mayor Hughson, Mayor Pro Tem Mihalkanin <br />Member Gonzales <br />and Council <br /> <br />Absent: 1 - Council Member Marquez <br /> <br />
