As a part of the consideration for the exclusive right of sepulture in the Property, the Grantee agrees and understands that the use of the Property shall be subject, always, to the restrictions imposed from the time to time by the City Council of the City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual Care of the San Marcos City Cemetery and the laws of the State of Texas.
