<br />o part of the consideration of the property hereby oonvoyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall be
<br />subject, always, to the restrictions imposed by the Governing body of said City of San Marcos in exercising Perpetual
<br />Care ofthe property. This provision ioacovenant running with the land, binding upon the pmpedy, and the present

<br />accept all risks as to such conditions and costs as a part of this transaction.
