CEMETERY DEED <br />Deed #10883 <br />Date: May 20, 2002 <br />Grantor: City of San Marcos, a Texas Municipal Corporation. <br />Grantor's Mailing Address (including county): 630 East Hopkins Sheet, San Marcos, Hays County, Texas 78666. <br />Grantee: LAVERNE WILLIAMSON <br />Mailing Address (including county): 775 Red Rock Road, Kingsbury, Guadalupe County, TX 78638. <br />Consideration: $400.00 <br />Property: Lot Number(s)_L, of Block Number 011 , Section II=J , of the Old Original Addition, acquired by <br />the City of San Marcos from San Marcos Cemetery Association, by deed dated May 31,1924, recorded in Vol.87, <br />pages 605 - 606, Hays County Deed Records. <br />The Grantor, for the consideration, has granted, sold and conveyed, and by these presents does grant, sell and <br />convey unto Grantee, the property, to have and to hold the above described premises, together with all and singular <br />the rights and appurtenances thereto in anywise belonging, unto the Grantee, Grantee's heirs and assigns forever. <br />As a part of the consideration of the property hereby conveyed, it is agreed and understood that the property shall <br />be subject, always, to the restrictions imposed by the Governing body of said City of San Marcos in exercising <br />Perpetual Care of the property. This provision is a covenant running with the land, binding upon the property, and <br />the present and successive owners thereof, and inuring to the benefit of the Grantor, its successors and assigns, ad <br />to the benefit of the remaining lots in the cemetery, and the present and successive owners thereof. <br />Grantor makes this conveyance, and Grantee accepts it, without any warranty as to the subsurface condition of the <br />property, or the costs of making interments within the property. Grantee, and Grantee's successors and assigns, <br />accept all risks as to such conditions and costs as a part of this transaction. <br />This deed is executed on behalf of Grantor by its Mayor, and attested by its Secretary, as authorized by an <br />ordinance passed on August 6, 1924 of record in Vol. 6, at page 154, in the official minutes of Grantor's City <br />Commission, this the -a day of Ma-, 2002. <br />Attest: <br />��/,' <br />J nis K.
