RESOLUTION NO. 2023-05R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN INDEFINITE DELIVERY <br /> INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT WITH FERGUSON <br /> ENTERPRISES, LLC, FOR EROSION CONTROL MATERIALS IN THE <br /> ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $32,320.00 FOR A TERM OF ONE YEAR, <br /> WITH THREE ONE YEAR RENEWALS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY <br /> MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE,TO EXECUTE THE AGREEMENT ON <br /> BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. An Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity contract with Ferguson Enterprises, <br /> LLC, for the purchase of Erosion Control Materials on an as-needed basis for use by the <br /> Stormwater Division of the Public Works Department, in the estimated amount of$32,320.00 for <br /> a term of one year, with three one-year renewals at the option of the City, is approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the agreement on <br /> behalf of the City and the three one-year renewals. <br /> PART 3.
