RESOLUTION NO. 2023-25R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE CITY <br />OF SAN MARCOS REGIONAL AIRPORT MASTER PLAN UPDATE <br />AGREEMENT WITH GARVER LLC RELATING TO A GAP ANALYSIS <br />STUDY, IN THE AMOUNT OF $108,270.00 FOR A TOTAL CONTRACT <br />PRICE OF $520,187.00; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR HER <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS TO <br />IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN SERVICE; AND DECLARING AN <br />EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS: <br />PART 1. A Change in Service to the City of San Marcos Regional Airport Master Plan <br />Update agreement with Garver LLC relating to a gap analysis to identify the impacts, costs, and <br />requirements related to the airport obtaining an Airport Operating Certificate under 14 CFR Part <br />139, in the amount of $108,270.00 for a total contract price of $520,187.00 is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager or her designee is authorized to execute the appropriate <br />documents to implement the change in service. <br />PART 3.
