SOLUTION NO. 2025-15R <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br /> MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING A CHANGE IN SERVICE TO THE <br /> CONTRACT `PITH THE NORMANDY GROUP, LLC PROVIDING FOR <br /> FEDERAL GOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS CONSULTING SERVICES <br /> TO EXTEND THE CONTRACT TERM FOR TWO YEARS IN THE <br /> ESTIMATED AMOUNT OF $150,000 ANNUALLY; AUTHORIZING THE <br /> CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE THE <br /> DOCUMENTS NECESSARY TO IMPLEMENT THE CHANGE IN <br /> SERVICE ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND DECLARING AN <br /> EFFECTIVE DATE. <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> PART 1. A Change in Service to the contract with The Normandy Group,LLC (Contract <br /> No. 218-354) relating to the provision of federal governmental relations consulting services to <br /> extend the contract for two years in the estimated amount of$300,000.00 ($150,000 annually) is <br /> approved. <br /> PART 2. The City Manager, or her designee, is authorized to execute the necessary <br /> documents on behalf of the City. <br /> PART 3.
