RESOLUTION NO. 2025-19R A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN ARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR THE PROVISION OF SERVICES IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROPOSED OWNER REQUESTED ANNEXATION IN CASE NO. AN-25-03 OF APPROXIMATELY .81 ACRES OF LAND KNOWN AS LA CIMA ENTRY LOT, GENERALLY LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF WEST CENTERPOINT ROAD AND RANCH ROAD 12, IN HAYS COUNTY, TEXAS; AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER, OR HER DESIGNEE, TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY; SETTING A DATE FOR A PUBLIC HEARING CONCERNING THE PROPOSED ANNEXATION OF SAID TRACT OF LAND; AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, TEXAS: PART L The attached Agreement for the Provision of Services in connection with the proposed annexation in case number AN-25-03 of approximately .81 acres of land situated in the Lydia Glasgow Survey No. 14,Abstract No. 188,Hays County, Texas,being all of a Lot 1, La Cima Entry Lot, generally located at the northwest corner of W. Centerpoint Road and Ranch Road 12, in Hays County, Texas, is hereby approved. PART 2. The City Manager,or her designee, is authorized to execute said agreement on behalf of the City. PART 3. The date for the public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of the land described in said agreement shall be March 4, 2025. PART 4.
