<br />Mayor Morris called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.
<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of two
<br />appointments to the Building Code Board of Adjustments and
<br />Appeals. Mr. Hart moved to appoint Wes Nichols to serve in the
<br />capacity of Member from the Building Industry and Mr. Moore moved
<br />to appoint Rubèn Garza as the Member at Large from the Community,
<br />which passed unanimously.
<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration approval of four
<br />appointments to the Zoning Board of Adjustments and Appeals. Mr.
<br />Hernandez moved to reappoint Suzanne Rubio, Ms. Kissler moved to
<br />reappoint Gerald Farr, Mr. Hart moved to appoint Mark Cusack,
<br />Mayor Morris moved to appoint Wylie Pipes and Mr. Plummer moved
<br />to appoint Joe Lesak. On roll call the following vote was
<br />recorded:

<br /> Hernandez: Lesak, Rubio, Cusack Farr.
<br /> Hart: Lesak, Rubio, Cusack, PipesJ
<br /> Morris: Lesak, Rubio, Farr, Pipes.

<br /> Plummer: Lesak, Rubio, Cusack, Pipes.
<br />Ms. Rubio and Mr. Farr were reappointed and Megsrs. Lesak and
<br />Cusack were appointed.
<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration appointment to complete
<br />a vacancy on the Commission for Minorities. Mr. Hernandez moved
<br />to appoint Eugene Rios (resides in ETJ of City) to complete a
<br />vacancy, which passed unanimously.
<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration appointment to complete
<br />a vacancy on the Human Services Advisory Board. Mayor Morris
<br />moved to appoint Jody Dodd, which passed unanimously.
<br />Mayor Morris introduced for consideration a pubiic hearing and
<br />adoption of a Resolution, the caption which was read as follows:

<br /> TEXAS, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF A PROGRAM AMENDMENT
