0 RESOLUTION 2010-7R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS, AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT TO <br />HALEY NELSON CONSTRUCTION, LLC FOR THE COMANCHE <br />WASTEWATER IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$81,778.00 CONTINGENT UPON THE BIDDER'S TIMELY SUBMISSION <br />OF SUFFICIENT BONDS AND INSURANCE IN ACCORDANCE WITH <br />THE CITY'S BID DOCUMENTS FOR THE PROJECT; AUTHORIZING <br />THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS <br />ON BEHALF OF THE CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />TEXAS <br />PART 1. The award of a construction contract to Haley Nelson Construction, LLC <br />for the Comanche Wastewater Improvements Project in the amount of $81,778.00 is approved <br />contingent upon the bidder's timely submission of sufficient bonds and insurance in accordance <br />with the City's Bid Documents for the Project. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Rick Menchaca, is authorized to execute the contract <br />• documents on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
