• RESOLUTION 2010-21R <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN <br />MARCOS, TEXAS APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF AN ANNUAL <br />CONTRACT WITH SAC-N-PAC STORES, INC. FOR THE PROVISION <br />OF A FLEET CARD MANAGEMENT SYSTEM; AUTHORIZING THE <br />CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE THE APPROPRIATE DOCUMENTS <br />RELATED TO THIS CONTRACT EXTENSION ON BEHALF OF THE <br />CITY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />1. On February 3, 2009 the City Council of the City of San Marcos approved an <br />annual contract with Sac-N-Pac Stores, Inc. for the provision of a fleet card management system <br />(the "Contract"). <br />2. The original bid (I1713-209-010) provided the City with the option to renew the <br />contract for three (3) additional one-year terms. <br />3. Both parties agree to extend this Contract for the first one-year term. <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SAN MARCOS, <br />• TEXAS: <br />PART 1. The first extension of the Contract with Sac-N-Pac Stores, Inc. for the <br />provision of a fleet card management system is approved. <br />PART 2. The City Manager, Rick Menchaca, is authorized to execute appropriate <br />documents related to this contract extension on behalf of the City. <br />PART 3.
