He encouraged the Council to <br />consider what services the City can pay for and then disannex Subareas D & <br />E. 2) Sherwood Bishop stated he wished to speak on Item 6B, Ethics Review <br />Commission appointments. He stated he had completed a Volunteer Interest <br />Form 'for the Ethics Review Commission and is willing to serve. He also <br />stated he feels this Commission is important to our community~ 3) Tom <br />Clendennen stated he wished to speak on Item 9, a Resolution regarding <br />emission reductions measures. He encouraged the Council to vote no on the <br />Austin-Round Rock MSA Early ACtion Compact Resolution. 4) Kathleen <br /> <br />* Mr. Taylor was not present at this meeting. <br /> <br /> <br />
