<br />The Mayor called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m.

<br />The Minutes of April 7 & 8, 1971 were approved as presented, on
<br />motion of Mr. Yarbrough and second of Mr~ Dela Rosa. M~. King
<br />moved approval of the April 12 Minutes, as presented. Mr, De La Rosa
<br />seconded the motion~ Couhcilman Yarb~oughcalled attention to an
<br />omission of the names of Councilmen King and Smith in the paragraph
<br />recording the asministrationofthe Oath of Office. TheMinutes
<br />were approved .s corrected.

<br />The Mayor introduced by captionan.ordinance annexing a 6~acre
<br />tract owned by Luis Gil. jr, Mr, Floresmo~ed'ado~tion of the
<br />annexation ordinance On third .and final reading. Mr, King seconded
<br />the motion and on roll call, the following vote was recorded:

<br />NAY: None
<br />
<br />The Mayor declared the Ordinance Passed,Appro~ed and Adopted.
<br />A copy of the Ordinance, Petition and Exhibit "A", are attached.

<br />The Mayor introduced by caption an ordinance annexing a 10-acre
<br />tract, being "C"'& "D"Sections of Hughson Heights, Addition # 1.
<br />Mr. King moved adoption of the annexation ordinance on third and
<br />final reading. Mr. De La Rosa seconded the motion and on roll
<br />call, the following vote was recorded:
